The mandate of DHA is to own, develop and operate wholesale datacenter campuses in key strategic markets in Latin America. All DHA stakeholders and counterparts stand to benefit from the considerable amount of time already spent in stealth mode conducting a rigorous evaluation of potential campus deployment locations in the region and aligning the key development & implementation elements to enhance speed and certainty. The DHAmericas leadership team has extensive cross-border experience in the sector as well as local execution expertise and capabilities. The DHA datacenters are primarily targeted to be located within premier industrial parks with multiple sites per market. The specific plot selection within such parks is also geared towards enabling a campus deployment model at each site to maximize scalability and future growth capabilities. For the foreseeable future and, particularly in Colombia, fully secured DHA properties shall be strategically located in parks authorized to operate as free zones (“Zonas Francas”) where the local fiscal frameworks render such destinations more conducive to large scale datacenter development.
DHA has been working with and continues to coordinate closely with major local utility providers and energy generation counterparties (with an emphasis on renewable energy sourcing) to secure power supply provisioning aligned with the phased implementation approach of DHAmericas. DHA is focused on sourcing power from utility providers that prioritize sustainable practices, social responsibility and renewable sources.
The DHA locations are ideally situated with diverse access to multiple domestic fiber networks, including subsea transoceanic cables, and in close proximity to the local metro internet/peering hubs to support interconnection and ecosystem needs.

A fully powered shell building specifically designed to support the needs of large datacenter clients. In addition, DHA offers customers the option to fit out the datacenter space according to their specific requirements and/or standards. DHA powered buildings are located within secure campus environments that are designed to accommodate stringent datacenter requirements. These buildings provide flexible alternatives to support rapid deployment and modular expansions. Multiple DHA sites are already pre-approved for on-site independent mid-voltage substations, maximizing power availability and the ability to deliver high-density power footprints quickly, reliably and efficiently.
DHA offers fully commissioned datacenter space in the form of private data halls that can be built based on customized specifications for the particular regional climate and other environmental conditions, leveraging state-of-the-art design standards and technologies to maximize reliability and operational efficiencies. DHAmericas has developed a form-factor to enable high density deployments on a modular basis. DHA datacenters are consistent with norms commonly referred to as tier 3+ design and operations standards with suitable PUE figures, taking into consideration the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and not just the initial capital expenditures, to help reduce long term operating expenses with a sustainable approach. The DHAmericas platform was conceived to provide flexibility and scalability to meet the most modern computing needs.
DHA can work with customers to identify and/or develop a greenfield location within key Latin America markets to meet customers’ specific building & datacenter requirements. DHAmericas can provide build-to-suit solutions, either within our designated campuses and leverage the existing powered dirt to enable a tailored rapid development and deployment or partnering with our customers in commissioning additional site(s) in the same market or evaluating new markets. DHA locations undergo a rigorous site evaluation and are duly suited for datacenter development in line with contemplated customer demand profiles and other requirements.
